Name: Paul Browning
Description: Paul is a mechanical engineering graduate of Kingston University. He has worked in his own tool-making business for over thirty years building an enviable array of skills and knowledge in the industry.
He has invested heavily in state of the art software, plant and equipment amassing a formidable tool-making capability and servicing some very high profile industrial clients including Dyson, Electrolux, Avon, Jaguar and many others. He is very good at CAD/CAM, project management and problem solution. He loves sailing but hates accounts.
Name: Steven Neal
Description: Following a successful apprenticeship with British Aerospace, Steve completed a marine architecture and boat building course at Falmouth University attaining the highest marks ever awarded for his final project.
He subsequently established his own boat building business in Teddington and has developed a range of skills in the innovative use of carbon fibre taking out patents to protect some of his more brilliant ideas. Among his more notable boat building successes are a fibre-reinforced composite Merlin Rocket, the hull of which weighs a fraction of boats built using more traditional methods, and a carbon/foam sandwich Thames A Rater considered by many to be the stiffest and fastest Rater ever built. Steve still loves building boats and sailing. Steve and Paul started the company in 2002
Name: Simon Dodd
Position: General Manager
Description: Simon has been a valuable member of our team since he joined us in May 2016. He is responsible for the day to day running of the waterjet cutting department and he will be your principal contact if you need materials profiling on one of our two waterjet cutting machines. He will take your ideas or drawings and convert them into CAD data suitable for our systems. He orders materials and organises production.

Position: Production Assistant
Description:”Vinnie” has been with us since 2007. In his time with us he has developed his skill set to include almost every aspect of production and maintenance within the company. He is very proficient in the use of all the machines and takes pride in producing accurate parts and keeping a tidy workshop.
